Our Cancellation Policy:
For the Trip: Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $599 deposit. Any cancellation made between:July 31, 2019 and October 1 2019 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: October 2, 2018 and and event date, will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Payment in full is required by November 1, 2019. Because our prepayments are not refundable other than under the circumstances listed here within, our cancellation policy must be firm and we strongly recommend the purchase of adequate travel insurance. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. We suggest that you work with a travel agent to ensure that you address cancellation insurance options.
All attendees are responsible for their own medical travel insurance.
It is your responsibility to know and understand the hotel's policies regarding payment for your accommodations.
